*HR: 100email account set up
Advance Users only.
There is now a way you can set up the100email inbox yourself
Please watch the attached video and follow the steps below
STEP 1 - Add new staff member
- Enter your new staff member in the staff list
- Make sure you tick the box "Use Internal Email (ie {first}.{last}@100email.co)" to create the email address
- Choose a password - non-sequential and at least 8 letters/numbers and make sure this is saved in the default password box (DO NOT USE THE PERSONS NAME IN THE PASSWORD)
- Tick at least 1 security (Onsite, Clocking etc)
- Update
- On the Right Click choose - Create 100email.co. email
- You have now created the 100email INBOX with that associated email and password
STEP 2 - Opening the new 100Email INBOX you created
- Open Migadu email inbox using this link https://webmail.migadu.com (sometimes this can take up to 5 minutes to create, you may have to wait)
- Use the user email and password you just set up in Scaflog to log in
STEP 3 - Sending the new login email
- You are in the Migadu inbox
- Go back to Scaflog and via right-click choose Set Securities, this will send the login email to the staff members new 100email inbox
- Once you have received the emails from Zoho open the email
- Follow the steps of the First time login - See below for the related Help Document.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use an incognito window or hidden window, so that this new user set-up does not overwrite your own login credentials
