Advance Users only.


There is now a way you can set up the100email inbox yourself

Please watch the attached video and follow the steps below


STEP 1 - Add new staff member

  1. Enter your new staff member in the staff list
  2. Make sure you tick the box "Use Internal Email (ie {first}.{last}@100email.co)" to create the email address
  3. Choose a password - non-sequential and at least 8 letters/numbers and make sure this is saved in the default password box (DO NOT USE THE PERSONS NAME IN THE PASSWORD)
  4. Tick at least 1 security (Onsite, Clocking etc)
  5. Update
  6. On the Right Click choose - Create 100email.co. email
  7. You have now created the 100email INBOX with that associated email and password

STEP 2 - Opening the new 100Email INBOX you created

  1. Open Migadu email inbox using this link https://webmail.migadu.com (sometimes this can take up to 5 minutes to create, you may have to wait)
  2. Use the user email and password you just set up in Scaflog to log in

STEP 3 - Sending the new login email

  1. You are in the Migadu inbox
  2. Go back to Scaflog and via right-click choose Set Securities, this will send the login email to the staff members new 100email inbox
  3. Once you have received the emails from Zoho open the email
  4. Follow the steps of the First time login - See below for the related Help Document.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Use an incognito window or hidden window, so that this new user set-up does not overwrite your own login credentials
