How to change your user email address for Zoho account
OVERVIEW
This help doc is for when someone in your organisation has a new email address and needs updating in the HR Staff List. Their email address is what was used to create their Zoho Creator account to use Scaflog. This Zoho user email needs to be updated in their ZOHO CREATOR account BEFORE the email is updated in the HR Staff List. Here is how to do this.
HOW TO
- On a desktop or lap top go to the top right of your Scaflog login on a computer and click on your login name.
- Click on My Account.
- This will open in a new tab and ask you for your password to verify that it is you.
- Click Add Email Address - this is where you will add the new email address.
- Once added then make this new email address the Primary Email Address. You will know this has worked when the email has the crown next to it.
- Email support@100rails.com to update the email address in Scaflog for you.
