JOBS: Quotes Trouble Shooting
OVERVIEW: This is a list of most common questions/queries and possible solutions.
Q. Why can't I view my quote?
A. Right click on the job and choose EDIT Quote - if the quote does not open in another tab then your pop ups are blocked. Click here on how to allow pops ups for Scaflog:
A. If you cannot view your quote in the preview box please contact support@100rails.com and include a FULL screen shot of the error or what is happening.
Q. Made a change to the quote but the preview has not updated with the changes made
A. Go back to the Latest Jobs screen and right click on the job and choose Recalc QUOTE Detail. Go back into your quote and the preview will now show the changes
Q. Why cant my client ACCEPT their quote online?
A. If your quote has already been accepted, expired or been scheduled the online acceptance will not work. If its expired please resend to your client so they can accept it online.
Q. Why won’t my quote send?
A. Is the “Client Quote Contact” field empty?
Q. I am getting an error message
A. Please contact support@100rails.com and include a FULL screen shot of the error and describe what actions you were taking before the error. Be specific.
