The Story of how an AdminAssist Service came to be...
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do here at 100Rails, and we are totally committed to supporting you all in the hard work you do.
This is why we created our AdminAssist Team... designed to "step" into your office virtually and assist you with your admin needs related to Xero (or MYOB) and Scaflog without you needing to train anyone.
Are you a start-up business and tackling all the admin work on the kitchen table at night or on the weekends? Our VAA team can work during the week, getting your invoicing out weekly (if that's your preference), keeping your cashbook processing up to date and reconciled, and working with you to ensure Scaflog gives you the best outcomes for your business
Are you a "mum and dad" business and mum's at home doing all the book work and dad's on the tools all day? Our VAA team can pick up all or some of the work, create systems and efficiencies and help you create more time for mum and dad to spend together

Our Service is based on several key things:
- agreed minimum weekly hours (we can agree on the maximum also if you wish)
- agreed tasks to be undertaken by our team in that timeframe (Related to Xero and Jobs in Scaflog)
- regular meeting times to deal with queries, requests and updates
- our time is invoiced weekly for the previous week and paid by direct debit
- open communication both ways about everything on Skype with a full history and recordings so everyone is on the same page
- both parties (that's you and us) commit to supporting the other to do their best job
