Admin Assist: Setting up Email Forwarding for Office 365, GSuite & Migadu

OVERVIEW:

To help our clients answer emails on their behalf with our Admin Assist Service, below are 4 ways to forward emails to our Helpscout system so the AOPs can reply quickly.


HELPSCOUT forwarding selective emails:

If an AA client only wants to selectively forward emails, then let them know to forward those selective emails to "aa-client-emails@100rails.helpscoutapp.com"

Our AOPs (Admin Operations Personnel) will be able to respond from Helpscout as if they worked inside the client company.

MIGADU Not used very often:

From time to time, clients may want to forward emails to our Xero login email we utilise.

This is not used very often and the Helpscout forwarding email is the best to use.
