The Dashboard KPI's explained
OVERVIEW
This article explains the calculations BEHIND the KPI page. It is an ongoing development area as we improve reporting.

QUOTES ADDED:
These THREE metrics are simply the NUMBER of Job added to the system for the month concerned.
QUOTES REQUESTED:
The number of Jobs that have been added with a status that is NOT SENT to the client yet. This means they are still waiting for pricing etc before being sent.
QUOTES SENT:
These are the number of Jobs/Quotes that are with prospective clients that have NOT been accepted ready for work.
AVG DAYS TO WIN:
The average between the SENT DATE and the ACCEPTED DATE on a Job. This is also broken down into last 12 months, 2 months ago and last month.
JOBS WON %:
The calculation is:
{LEADS COUNT} = Total Quote/Jobs that are set to a Job stage that is classified as a LEAD in that period (nb. If you have permissions you can view what job stages are classified as leads
{TOTAL COUNT} = Total Quote/Jobs that have an Added Date in the period (ie Period is 12mths, last 90 days, last 30 days)
PERCENT is ({LEADS COUNT} / {TOTAL COUNT} * 100).round(0)
NB . To get the DETAIL behind these figures you can EXPORT the LATEST Jobs report to EXCEL and filter for the JOB STAGES that make up LEADS and then you can get the TOTAL. Note that the Date Added is the date that all job/quotes are based on for this set of figures.
QUOTES ACCEPTED. READY:
These are Jobs that have been approved by the Client BUT have not had any Activities or Invoicing on the calendar in the schedule.
JOBS IN PROGRESS:
The Jobs that have calendar activity and still have phases that are Not Started or Active. If you have finised a Job but a Phase is not happening then you can go into that Phase and change the status to NOT REQUIRED and then the job will finish properly.
JOBS IN PROGRESS SQM:
These are the Estimated SQM (Square Metres) on the Phased for each job that is Active and has Scheduled work on the calendar.
JOBS IN PROGRESS LM:
These are the Estimated LM (Linear Metres) on the Phased for each job that is Active and has Scheduled work on the calendar.
ONSITE LAST, THIS and NEXT WEEK:
This is a count of the number of Site visits or scheduled visits in the calendar for Last week, This week and Next week. It gives an idea of the BUSY status of the business.
AVG $ PER JOB:
The Average Subtotal of one-off costs for a Job that was Won, either Last month or this month divided by the total count of jobs Won.
INVOICING $:
Total Invoice Charges sent to Clients 2 months ago, last month and so far this month.
PRE-INVOICING (WIP) Work in Progress TOTAL:
This is the total amount of Activity that has NOT been sent to an INVOICE yet. These are waiting for review and approval via the INVOICE button. This gives a good indication of the TOTAL money that could be earned in the coming weeks.
PRE-INVOICING (WIP) HIRE:
This is the total HIRE that has NOT been sent to an invoice. This is useful for estimating earnings from HIRE BUT it is not definitive as some hire may be OFFHIRE before the date it was projected to be still on hire.
PRE-INVOICING (WIP) ONE-OFF:
This is the total ONE-OFF charges that have NOT been sent to an invoice. It is useful for estimating earnings from ONE-OFF CHARGES, but it is not definitive, as variations and day works may not have been completed for the month, so this amount will not be totally accurate as a forecast.
PRE-INVOICING NO AMOUNTS:
These are scheduled calendar activities that DO NOT have any charges against them.
JOBS WON THIS and LAST MONTH:
Gives the ONE OFF charges WON from clients last month and this month, with a % change in the last KPI.
