Scaflog - New BIG Quote Editing

OVERVIEW:
Tonight we released a NEW WAY of looking at BIG Quotes. Any Quote/Job that has more than 10 Phases will now be split into TAB BUTTONS that are summarised into Contract (Con) or Variation (Var) phases.

1. See below for how the new BUTTON BAR will look.

2. We have grouped Charges into One off and Hire Charges.

NB. We have also added charges from Variations if they are present in the Calendar.
