Scenario Process - Special Conditions Configured

OVERVIEW:

We have a standard set of Special Conditions that will have been copied over. To know if you need to make any changes check below.

HOW TO:

ADMIN LIST: Special Conditions List - https://creatorapp.zoho.com/100rails/goscaffold/#Report:Special_Conditions_List

  • If they are NOT an NZ company then delete the ones with short codes BPG and WIND as these have NZ references in them.
  • If they have some special conditions that SOMETIMES appear on their quotes then add them to this list so they can be added to the quotes if and when needed.
