Scenario Process - Adding Locations

OVERVIEW

Locations are normally the Yard location address. If they have more than one yard/branch then add a location for each yard/branch address.

HOW TO:

Important fields to fill in are:

Name of the location: This MUST be unique to the client, no generic names such as "YARD". Example "Scaflog Yard"

Short Code: (2-4 letters or more) Example "SCY"

Region located in: For NZ clients this needs to be New Zealand, For Australian clients this needs to be the full spelling of the STATE that they are in, Example "New South Wales" NOT NSW. These will all be in a drop down list to choose from. If it's not there then ask the dev team to add the region.

Google Maps Address for Branch that Services this Location: This needs to be the yard physical address that can be found using google maps. Having this filled in, means that when adding a quote Scaflog can calculate the distance to the job being quoted.
