How to See What work needs to be Scheduled on the Calendar

OVERVIEW:

At times you may need to see what work is ACCEPTED but not scheduled by your scheduling team. Below are a few options you can use to see how much work is coming up.

OPTION 1:

Whole jobs that are NOT started yet can be seen in the ACTIVE JOBS screen:
(You can see that you have 84 Jobs confirmed but not scheduled or in progress here)
... And if I scroll down in the same screen a bit I can see 114 jobs that are SCHEDULED but NOT started yet from an over all Project/Job point of view:

OPTION 2: 

(probably the best option at scheduling time as you are in the calendar)

PLUS you can see the Job Phases that still need erecting in a couple of places as well:

OPTION 3:

ALSO you can see the NOT STARTED Phases in the PHASE List blue button in the JOBS Module

STEPS: Click on the PHASE List blue button on the right and the click the littel down arrow beside the "JOB Phases List" title on the left. And select the filter you want to use.
