How to Filter OUT the Pre Invoicing already Invoiced or not

HOW to Filter out PRE INVOICING that you have already Invoiced (ie turned purple or black):

You can filter for "NOT INVOICED (exclude Purple and Black)" in the  Pre Invoicing (see below),
Its the LITTLE down arrow beside the word "List".
