Sometimes we really need to see what you did as you do it and a simple screenshot is not quite enough.

The first choice is to INSTALL the FREE product called LOOM below and then setup a free account and record your screen as you use it.

Send us the Link to this Loom video and we can review what you are doing.

If this doesn't work then we can do a SCREEN SHARE with you using Google meeting and we will need to send you a link to set that up.
