CRM: How to re-sync client to Xero
OVERVIEW: This can be necessary when you are unable to sync an invoice to Xero. You can tell this when the error message in the invoice detail shows something like this:
HOW TO:
- Go to the Client List at https://creatorapp.zoho.com/100rails/goscaffold/#Report:Clients_List
- Search for the Client you are having issues with by clicking the column header for Client Name and Search
- Right-click on the client that you are having syncing issues with and choose "Clear SYNC"
- Go to XERO and Double check you have exactly the same Client name in Scaflog and Xero
- Right-click again on the same client and choose "SYNC to Accounting"
Your client should be connected again to Xero and your invoice should sync across.
