*MISC: Error Message

If you get an error message while using Scaflog please contact support@100rails.com and include:

  • A FULL screen shot of the error.
  • Describe what actions you were taking before the error. 
  • Include which module you are using.

If the error is regarding someone not able to log in please contact support@100rails.com and include:

  • WHO the user is and what their password is.
  • Attach a FULL screen shot of the error or screen that the issue is with.

The more detail the better.
