How to Configure Chrome download or viewing of PDF documents

OVERVIEW:
Sometimes it is more convenient to PREVIEW a PDF in the chrome browser rather than download it. If you PREVIEW in the browser you can still SAVE or SAVE AS the PDF to your local hard drive but it reduces a step if you are just wanting to VIEW or wanting to quickly view and then PRINT.

In chrome go to the following link:
chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments?search=pdf 

SCREENSHOT:NB. Ensure you have the little toggle switch turned ON (it should be a light blue colour). The screenshot below shows it as Off.
