How to raise a Manual Invoice
OVERVIEW: Sometimes we have to create a Manula Invoice.
Here are the steps to do your manual Invoice.
- Go to INVOICE List
- Click the + button
This opens up to the screen where you can now create your Manual Invoice.
Invoice Type: Receivable - Invoice Reference: Add whatever details you want the customer to see EG: PO Number or leave Blank
- Client being Invoiced: Select the client the invoice relates to
- Related Job: Select the job the invoice relates to
- Related Location: Select Location
- Dates will Auto fill dependant on Company settings, Confirm they are correct
- Check and Confirm all details are correct then move on to adding charges

Now you can start adding the invoice charges as required. This will be dependant on what products YOUR company uses.
Add your charges and then push submit. You have now raised a manual invoice and this is ready to send to your customer and accounting system.
