My Securities are Not Showing

OVERVIEW: Sometimes you will set the securities on your staff but they still cant view the modules assigned to them.

Below are some simple checks to look at before contacting support.

  1. Log out and Log back in
  2. Has the correct security been set
  3. Have you clicked "Set Security" (on the right click)
  4. Is the email address the same in Scaflog and  Zoho Creator
  5. Contact support
