JOB MANAGMENT: How to Review Estimated Hours by Install, Removal in the Phase List

OVERVIEW:

From time to time you may want to analyse the hours of install and removal are being done on your various phases of work.

This new change to the PHASE List report in the JOBS module adds new columns

1. Ins Hrs - Is Install Hours (or hours to erect)
2. Rem Hrs - Is Removal Hours (or hours to dismantle)
3. UnAs Hrs - Is Hours that were not assigned to a Install or Removal (ie Variations or Timesheets that were not allocated to an activity on the calendar)
4. Installers - List of Staff that erected or installed the phase of work
5. Removers - List of Staff that dismantled or removed the phase of work
6. UnAssigns - List of Staff that were not allocated to an activity or were on variations
