Wow, where has 2020 gone...

Below is a summary of some of the changes we have made or are releasing...

1. SHOW Payment Terms on Calendar Activity Schedule

We have had feedback that it is good to know the payment terms of a client when scheduling so you don't book work until it is paid.

This feature must be turned on by support@100rails.com. Send them and email if you'd like this on.

2. NEW option to get AUTO reminders of which Jobs need inspections and the ability to schedule them (UPCOMING Feb 2021)

We have been working on a automated scheduling tool for Job inspection reminders.

The system will go through ALL the IN PROGRESS jobs that you have and put up a calendar of scheduled inspections to perform. We are just finalising the ability to CLICK a button and get the system to route them in the best order for the day and also giving you the ability to SORT them manually into the visit order for the inspector...

The GREY checklists will be ones that have been planned but not completed. You will be able to drag and drop them around and it will then remember which day of the week they are scheduled for each week.

You'll also be able to limit the auto scheduling to specific days of the week if your inspector is only part-time.
