The Labour Calculator

OVERVIEW:

The Labour Calculator can be used to track labour costings and Hour calculations.

NB. See the bottom section for how to set it up.

The labour calculator is NORMALLY only used on labour charge products on Quotes. The calculator will take the TOTAL labour charge (with Erect and Dismantle or Install and Removal costs and then use a formula to work out the Hours for the erect, dismantle and optionally the yard time.

NB. It should only be used on labour products that work out their charge based on things like Square metres, Linear metres or Tonnes where conversion to hours is relevant.

USING: THE LABOUR CALCULATOR

Go to the LATEST Jobs list and RIGHT CLICK and EDIT QUOTE

This is found inside the 2nd part of the quoting when you start to + charges button on the phase.

SETUP: HOW TO ADD TO PRODUCTS THAT USE the LABOUR CALCULATOR

  1. The calculator can be turned on by setting a tick box on the PRODUCT setups. Found at https://creatorapp.zoho.com/100rails/goscaffold#Report:Products_List

  1. RIGHT CLICK and select EDIT
  1. Scroll down to the tick box area (as below) and turn the Labour Calculator On and SAVE or SUBMIT this product details.
