Why wont my quote send

OVERVIEW:

On the rare occasion your quote doesn't send to your customer or your customer says they never received it.

1. Always ask your customer to check their Junk/Spam folder 

2. Is this a new customer? Always triple check the email address is correct 

3. Is there a quote recipient selected in the quote set up?

4. Email support@100rails.com and ask for help
