Right Click for LATEST and ACTIVE Quotes/Jobs Lists

OVERVIEW:

The right-click has a multitude of options inside, JOBS -  All Quotes/Jobs

This is a very useful tool when needing to view information about the job you are looking at

Edit: First part of RFQ or main Job details

EDIT QUOTE: Adding all financials and charge information to quote.job

SEND QUOTE: Send quote to Client

PRINT QUOTE: Print Quote to PDF version

COPY QUOTE: Makes a copy of the quote selected also gives it a new quote number and adds the word COPY to the front which needs to be removed.

ACCEPT QUOTE: You can accept quote on behalf of Client if they have emailed or phoned in.

ON-OFF HIRE: You can set the on-off hire dates. NOTE: This will create a booked Activity in Calendar (will show in Grey) You can then move this to the date required for dismantle.

VIEW JOBPACK: You can view the job pack for this job with critical ON SITE details. No financials are on this report.

VIEW SECTION:

VIEW JOB SUMMARY - A Profit and Loss report for this job alone.

VIEW PREINVOICING - This will display pre-invoicing in its entirety for the whole job, separated into specific phases. Normal pre-invoicing only goes back about 90 days.

VIEW INVOICES - Will show all invoices done to date for this job in their various stages

VIEW CHECKLISTS - All checklist associated with this job

VIEW CALENDAR - Show this job only; activities in the calendar

VIEW PHASES - Shows phases specific to the job and status, etc

VIEW TIMESHEETS - Any and all timesheets to this job

VIEW PHOTODOCS - Any and all photos and documents (ie PDF) added to this job

VIEW MAP - Shows google map of the site

VIEW Audit - Shows audit trail of stage changes

REPORTS - Not ready for use - Work In Progress

RECALC - The ability to REGENERATE the Hire for this job , normally an Advanced setting for Advanced users only

SUMMARISE - Re calculate the totals and job stage for a job. normally and Advanced setting for Advanced users only

Set as Archived - Sets the job status to Archived and it will drop off the ACTIVE Jobs list and not be counted in anyway in key stats.
