CRM Menu - How to Search

OVERVIEW: How to search for a client or contact within the CRM Menu

As with all screens within Scaflog you have the ability to filter and search for specific details.

Depending on what information you have about the Client or Contact you are looking for, this will determine which column you will filter in.

1: Custom filter for Active and Prospects

2: The magnify glass to open up search options or left click on column header which in turn will open up the search function on the right tick-box showing ALL column headers

3: If you know the name of the client search in the Client Full Title Column

4: If you know the contact you will search in the Client Contact column

5: If you know the Email of client you will search in the Main Email column
