Understanding the Invoicing Workflow of Scaflog (The Trifecta)

OVERVIEW:

This article outlines the general flow of work that occurs in Scaflog on a day to day and week to week basis.

THE FLOW:

The main menus (or modules) in Scaflog deal with 

1. Setting up the Quote/Job with phases and recording what charges will be attached 
2. Scheduling Activities on the calendar for that Job / Phase combination
3. Reviewing those Activities in the Pre Invoicing and turning them into Invoices for Syncing to the accounting software you have chosen.
